I weigh in at tops on Tuesday's so it kinda restarts my week so last week which I wa sonly on the diet for 3 days I lost 1/2 pound not too bad.
food journal
breakfast 3 mini donuts 4 points
lunch-3 white castle hamburger-9 points total
small fries 5 pts
Dinner
shrimp and pasta 10 pts
total-28 points, probably will have a snack so for th e day will be 34 points
exercise- taking the night off but will do toning, 20 situps and pushups.

my friends, here in utah, on weight watchers say 1/2 a pound is a good thing! i'm excited for you because you see some progress! looks like you're doing well! i'm so happy for you!
