Okay New Day-New time to start

Okay everyone, I guess I'm healithy enough and have my PCOS under control with medicne so I'm starting my new life new eating plan today. I'm going to stick with 1800-2000 calorie daily range and walk or exercise 30 minutes a day and tone this body 4 times a week, I'll be blogging daily except on weekends I have to fight 3 other people to get on, so why bother too much to do on weekends, LOL.

I'll post my eating log the day after so I can stay accomable and you can see how i'm going along

my update

Hello everyone

I went to the dentist Thurs am and she drained the tooth and found noinfection in it but I was still swollen and can tell by my lump on myface right under my nose that there is infection somewhere, so she sentme to endontics, I had an 2pm appt on thurs, he cut my gums where thelump was and infection came out then not as much as he thought so Icould tell it worried him and then started my root canal, he said Ishould see a difference in the next 24 hours,

I slept alot when I gothome.I feel better today but I'm still swollen but the lump is not as bigabout 80% smaller, so I'm praying with all the antibotics I'm on itwill kill the rest of the bacteria, I guess time will only tell. Soplease keep me in your prayers, i' have been dealing with infection inmy upper mouth of over 2 months I just want it over!!!

thanks everyone and if any one has any suggestions on turning good luckyour way I love to know, on Monday they stole my cadillac converterfrom my car, so that is 3 cars stolen and 2 vandalise, were looking fora house but things like my health and the car keep getting in my way. thanksJenn

MIA

Hello everyone
Sorry I’ve been MIA, I’ve had a rough few months, first I had a sinus infection that seemed not to go away in my right cheek so after going to the Doctors 3X I went to the dentist and had emergency 4 root canals, then put on medicine for infection one week later my left side started to feel numb, went to ER said it was infected tooth so I went to the dentist Saturday morning, before I got there, my face swollen up about 10X the size it was terrible. I felt like I was going to die, went to the Dentist by the x-ray she couldn’t believe the tooth was so infected, got another emergency root canal and then back to ER for IV, I’m on very strong meds, still worried the infection was not so much in my tooth but up a little more, but I guess time will tell, so I’ve been taking 1000 mg meds very 4 hours and trying to heal.

Will post more as the days go

Day 3

Hello
I weigh in at tops on Tuesday's so it kinda restarts my week so last week which I wa sonly on the diet for 3 days I lost 1/2 pound not too bad.

food journal
breakfast 3 mini donuts 4 points

lunch-3 white castle hamburger-9 points total
small fries 5 pts

Dinner
shrimp and pasta 10 pts

total-28 points, probably will have a snack so for th e day will be 34 points

exercise- taking the night off but will do toning, 20 situps and pushups.

Day 1 June 8, 2008

Food journal Daily point range 34 points
today was day out with the family so we ate out at lunch and dinner, but I stayed within my points

Burger King
Hamburger 7 points and onion rings 7 points total 14 points

Dinner- thin crust pizza 15 points

100 calorie snack 2 points

Total for day 31 points

exercise
we walked alot 7200 steps in all, I think that works out to 3/4 mile, plus 20 push-ups and 20 sit-ups.

so not bad for the first day on the diet at the mall

One day left before my new lifestyle

Hello everyone
I start my new lifestyle on Sunday June 8, 2008 and I'm going shopping today for healthy foods and cleaning out all the old foods. I'm not only going to eat better but walk more, you think it would be easier in the summer, but with the kids home from school not sure, but i'm going to walk everyday for 30 minutes. I'll be posting my food journal daily too, I'll be following the Weigth watchers point system, but I go to TOPS weekly to weigh in, I just can't afford to go to WW weekly, there so expense, $12.00 weekly.
