Okay everyone, I guess I'm healithy enough and have my PCOS under control with medicne so I'm starting my new life new eating plan today. I'm going to stick with 1800-2000 calorie daily range and walk or exercise 30 minutes a day and tone this body 4 times a week, I'll be blogging daily except on weekends I have to fight 3 other people to get on, so why bother too much to do on weekends, LOL.
I'll post my eating log the day after so I can stay accomable and you can see how i'm going along
